This fair-trade certified single origin comes directly from the farmers union (ASPROUNION) in southern Colombia. Notes of Orange, almond and sugarcane that dominate the palate are complimented nicely by a smooth caramel and milk chocolate finish. A great summer coffee.
Easy St blends the 'rough and tumble' biscuity dark cacao and sweet nuts of Brazil Bob-o-link and the smooth overripe strawberry and blueberry of Ethiopia Konga to create a harmonious and balanced cup. The result is a 100% naturally processed espresso blend that is versatile enough to suit both milk based and black beverages.
Clean river water is utilised and filtered to preserve the unique flavour profile that Kenyan coffee is famous for. This particular lot is a mixture of SL28, SL34, Ruiru11 and Batian varieties; this gives it a huge amount of complexity while maintaining that characteristic acidity. Expect winey blackcurrant, black tea and lemon acidity.
In this amazingly clean coffee you will be blown away by the intense chocolate biscuity flavours (think chocolate wheat biscuits). A subtle red fruit flavour permeates the aroma as well lending a distinctiveness that seperates Bobolink from the herd. Excellent for espresso based drinks.
The coffee from the Kagumoini mill is particularly special with its typically bright blackcurrant acidity and winey character matched only by its sweet naval orange flavour and black tea aftertaste. Kagumoini is impeccably processed and tasting on point as a black coffee.
The sweet and floral Costa Rica La Pacifica serves as a great base that marries perfectly with the cane sugar and citrus acidity of our Colombia La Jacoba. The natural processed Ethiopia Aramo caps off the coffee by adding further complexity with its strawberry and blueberry notes.
