   Dimattina W.A. Golf Day
 

We had another fantastic Golf Day in April this year. We ventured down to Mandurah, where some of Perth's leading Barista's, Restaurant, and café owners battled it out on one of W.A.s more challenging golf courses to see who could claim rights to the Dimattina Golf Champions for 2005. It was a fierce competition, but this years day was won in an ambrose format by:


- Dino Russocaronte – Soprano's Restaurant – South Perth

- John Moreno – Northport Café – Fremantle

- Oscar Moreno – Northport Café – Fremantle

- Fabio Farabegoli – Dimattina Coffee

    W.A. Gold Plate Awards

The Catering Institute of Australia (WA division) announced the winners of the Gold Plate Awards for excellence, at a Gala Presentation Dinner on Monday 10th Oct 05. The Catering Institute continues to celebrate this prestigious event as the only independent review of Restaurants in Western Australia. Dimattina Coffee would like to congratulate all the wonderful restaurants and cafes, which were nominated for awards. We would especially like to congratulate the following cafes, all proud supporters and clients of Dimattina Coffee and winners of the prestigious Gold Plate Awards. The Prix D'Honneur is awarded to restaurants which have won three consecutive Gold Plate Awards.
