This stunning natural gesha is turning heads!
Earlier in the year we were lucky enough to be invited to Colombia and tour some amazing coffee farms; Finca Castellon was one of the standouts. Situated between 1600 and 1650 m.a.s.l in Colombia’s Quindío region, the gesha plantation of Finca Castellon is a sight to behold. Gesha cherries are much sweeter than their regular counterparts and as such they convey much more complexity and aromatic qualities to the cup. When great care is taken in the natural processing, this sweetness is magnified even more. In the cup you can expect notes of ripe black cherries, orange blossom and bergamot. This coffee is highly recommended as any black filter style coffee.
