We were blown away with this stunner from regional Colombia.
‘Manta’ in the Musica language literally translates to “to our tillage”. The name stands as a tribute to the hard work and dedication that has gone into producing this amazing coffee. This lot comes from the Valle de Tenza in the Cundiboyacense Plateau and is comprised of multiple cultivars that all grow well in that region. The altitude varies wildly due to the undulating geography of the area; this gives the coffee a huge amount of complexity and a unique character all its own. Expect a bright and fruity cup with notes of lemon, green apple and toffee rounded off by a lingering caramel finish.
