I’ve made a mistake, can I change my order?

Yes you can, but please contact us immediately to advise our team of any changes.

Can I cancel my order and how do I go about this?

Your order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. Our orders are typically dispatched within one working day of receipt of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an Australia Post tracking number in your confirmation email.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently no, however we can make special exceptions at additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Which courier company do you use?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Orders less than 5kg are sent Express Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for standard orders. Deliveries above 5kg or to remote areas may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us and we will be happy to follow this up for you.

My item(s) is damaged/faulty. Can I return it for a refund?

Faulty and damaged items are addressed on a case by case basis. Please contact us straight away. You may be required to post the item back to us for assessment.

What is your policy for returns on items that are not faulty?

As coffee is a perishable product we can only accept returns that have been received within 7 days of receipt on orders that are not faulty or defective. Refunds will be issued in store credit.
