Bali, the tropical Indonesian paradise, has long been a popular tourist destination for holiday-makers from all over the world; but what people don’t know is that it is home to a burgeoning and thriving specialty coffee culture. In 2015, Paul Saccone, long-time family friend and Dimattina customer, recognised the potential for a dedicated roasting facility in Bali to service the growing demand in the community. After a lot of hard work and dedication, Paul has managed to create a strong following in Bali and the surrounding islands. In Indonesia, Dimattina is now synonymous with quality coffee and friendly service, values that we hold in the highest regard here in Australia. Dimattina Coffee has been trading in Bali since July 2015 and is located on the East Coast, North of Sanur – Saba, Gianyar. We wholesale coffee, tea, machines and grinders and offer world class barista training.
