We also create custom blends for our customers to provide exclusivity in this increasingly competitive industry. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and because of this we often include our clients in the creation and maintenance of these special coffees. This involves cupping different origins, ‘dialling in’ using the latest technology and an ongoing open dialogue regarding origin availability.
At Dimattina we have a dedicated training school for the continued education of our clients. Our espresso making and milk texturing classes emphasize a strong focus on consistency and speed in the workplace. We can work with you and your staff on-site or in our dedicated training locations prior to set-up to assist you in understanding all of the coffee equipment.

Book nowThe provision and upkeep of espresso making equipment is extremely important; that’s why we have our own service division to repair and maintain your machines and grinders. Our service coordinators keep extensive records for each of our customers and schedule preventative maintenance when needed to ensure that your machine is always in good shape. We deal with a wide variety of manufacturers including big names like La Marzocco, Slayer and San Remo; we are confident we can meet any of your equipment needs.
One of the most important things to our business is the relationship we have with our customers. Our account managers are constantly out on the road visiting and making sure that all your needs are taken care of. We work closely with our customers by supporting and promoting their business to the best of our ability. Questions, no matter how technical can be answered with just a phone call. Our representatives are all experts in their collective field and are employed solely to help with all your coffee-related needs.
